As a Sales Account Manager (Government) for Reverie, you will join from any one of the following locations – Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. We are currently partnering with Government at Central and State Levels and also with System Integrators to make our solutions accessible for delivering citizen services. Job Summary:

The Reverie Government Sales team is looking for a passionate Sales Account Manager to join us in various locations in India. We are currently partnering with Government at Central and State Levels and also with System Integrators to make our solutions accessible for delivering citizen services. As a Sales Account Manager, you will create and sustain strategic customer relationships and sell our solutions that fit the scope of work on the project.

Primary job responsibilities:

  • Sell the complete portfolio of Reverie solutions, cloud technologies including professional services to government customers
  • Guide extended partners to maximize revenue growth
  • Manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining sustainable revenue
  • Maintain and develop new strategic customer relationships within the assigned accounts
  • Create and deliver on strategic and tactical sales plans apart from adhering to the sales process
  • Make Reverie a top 3 recall in the IT fabric of the assigned territory

Required skills for this role:

  • 4-6 years of direct selling experience within the IT software space to government customers
  • Experience of selling in both a direct and partner-led model
  • Demonstrable history of exceptional quota attainment
  • Ability to articulate comprehensive technological strategies to a wide range of decision makers within an organization, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
  • Familiarity with on premise, cloud and data centre solutions
  • Existing executive relationships within govt. accounts
  • Understanding of companies and opportunities that exist within assigned territory or vertical market segment
  • Record of top sales performance selling to state government departments in assigned territory
  • Good working relationships with consultants focused on government is a plus
  • Ability to work from a base location and travel 25%-50% of time
