Senior Manager/ AVP – Sales and Business Development

The Reverie Sales team is looking for a passionate Sales team member, based out of Bangalore responsible for leading and driving Enterprise Sales. Your primarily responsibility will be to open new accounts and sustain strategic customer relationships by selling Reverie’s complete portfolio of solutions and will report into the Vice President – Enterprise Sales

Frequency of travel: Ability to work from base Location and travel 75% of time

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell the complete portfolio of Reverie solutions, cloud technologies including professional services to Enterprises, all possible customers
  • Guide extended partners to maximize revenue growth and communicate new product developments to prospective clients
  • Manage complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining sustainable revenue
  • Maintain and develop new strategic customer relationships within the assigned accounts
  • Deliver on the tactical sales plans, following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings as necessary
  • Make Reverie a top 3 recall in the IT fabric of the assigned territory
  • Be able to articulate comprehensive technological strategies to a wide range of decision makers within an organization, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
  • Should be familiar with on premise, cloud and data centre solutions
  • Understand companies and opportunities that exist within assigned territory or vertical market segment to make the right pitch

 

Experience

8+ (Senior Sales & Business Development Manager)/ 12+ (AVP – Sales and Business Development) years of direct selling experience in Products/ IT Services to all types of Customers. with Demonstrable history of exceptional quota attainment. Experience of selling in both a direct and partner-led model
